What you need:

  1. A set of fingerprints: (Book online)

  2. Should you require a SAPS 91 (a) form, you can download it: LINK, the official NZ form is also acceptable.

  3. Copies of ID document/s (or SA passports) for each application. Copies of your RSA document does not need to be certified, unless it is not of SA origin.

  4. A copy of a marriage certificate, if you wish to have your maiden name printed on your results.

  5. Complete the attached form: LINK (for each person applying for a certificate).

  6. Proof of payment (R180) for each applicant paid to the Criminal Record Centre. Bank account details for CRC, click here, OR we can do the transfer on your behalf.

  7. You will receive a 2-page PDF online invoice with your details as proof that you have applied.

Time frame and fees for the complete service:

  • Current total time frame for SA PCC’s:

    3-5-8 weeks (this includes one week to courier to SA and one week to courier back to NZ).

  • Family of 1-4 members, $298.00 (total, not each) - this includes couriers, transfer fees, application to agent fee’s.

  • If we assist to pay your R180 to CRC, add $28 per person to your $298.

What happens during/after:

  • Your application is sent to PostNet PTA, submitted to CRC, reference is available after +- 3-5 weeks.

  • When completed, your pdf is sent to you to check and confirm your return address.

  • When your results arrive in New Zealand, you are notified before overnight delivery.

  • If you applied as a family of (for example 3), and only two results are available, we will send it in the meantime while we wait for the third one. This happens occasionally as one can take longer than the other.

Online document certification information (if needed):

During Green/Orange/Red light C-19 levels, not all JP’s (Justice of Peace) are open. There are a few that can do this service online: https://jpauckland.org.nz/electronic-certification-of-documents/. This is to certify documents, should you need to. To apply for a Police Clearance Certificate through us, you do not need a certified copy of your ID / Passports.

  • Please place your documents in any envelope, seal, and attach your NZ CourierPost label, or use your own courier from you to our NZ Depot. (this label -A4 PDF Page - is sent to you after you have submitted your order below, followed by an online invoice).

  • You do not need our label if you are handing it over to our Depot in Albany, or using your own courier.

  • Collection orders cut-off for same day is 2pm, bookings after that time will be collected the next business day, or if it is urgent, you can hand it in over the counter at any NZ PostShop before 5pm.

  • You also have the option to deliver your item to our Albany depot in person, OR use your own courier should you wish to. Our physical address is:

  • When it arrives at our NZ Depot, it is inserted into a FedEx / DHL non-bendable waterproof Express Envelope as is.

  • Items are tracked, traced and the best care taken. Updates are emailed when they are available

  • Delivery for documents is between 5-7 working days, delivery is signature required during business hours. Items are not delivered on a week end, or the receiving country’s public holiday.

  • Your results will be emailed to you to confirm your correctness and return address prior to being returned to NZ.
