  • Your result as a PDF is emailed to you before your document is sent from South Africa (19 day turnaround currently)

  • Current wait; 3-4 weeks and your result is delivered back to your door, (unless you are collecting your result in person)

  • You send your application, we do the rest.

What you need:

  • A set of original fingerprints per applicant: SAPS91(a) or relevant Country specific issued form.

  • Completed SAPS application form per applicant. (blue lines).

  • Copies of South African identification (Passport copy). SA issued documents does not need to be certified, but non-SA does.

  • Copy of your marriage certificate*. (If maiden names are required, i.e. residency).

  • Proof of payment for SAPS Service Fee, currently R190. (we can do the international transfer on your behalf).

  • SAPS Fingerprint form if needed

  • Admin fee $20 - variable.

  • $40 for a set of fingerprints.

  • Copies, forms, envelopes, bookings, following up, corrections requests

  • *Maiden names not requested in the original application is not a correction, re-application fees is payable.

  • Upon booking below, a fully detailed invoice is issued to the main applicant as proof of application.

  • DHL / FedEx tracking numbers and updates are continuesly sent with each stage of progress.

  • Delivery addresses (if applicable) are confirmed before delivery
